Vulnerable People Program for Zone B PAHs in June 2021

PAP is receiving the rice and cooking oil from TSMC
On 28th June 2021, TSMC has provided rice and cooking oils with the technical assistance of the JICA Expert Team (JET) to 39 family members from 19 vulnerable households of Thilawa SEZ Zone B phase 3, and 4 project-affected households by targeting the elderly, woman-headed, and people with disabilities, at Aye Mya Thida ward, Kyauktan township. JET follows the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Sports (MOHS) while carrying out this program.

JET follows the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Sports (MOHS) while carrying out this program.

Donation of basic foodstuffs to PAPs by TSMC
On September 9th, 2021, TSMC donated the basic foodstuffs; rice, cooking oils, and potatoes to 73 households that have been affected by the development of Thilawa Special Economic Zone A and B and are living at the relocation site A and B, Myaing Tharyar 3 ward, Nyaung Wine village tract, Kyauktan township.
